Transfer and storage of personal data<\/strong> The management and storage of Personal Data takes place in the cloud and on servers located within the European Union at the disposal of CAV, duly appointed as Data Processors.<br \/>\nUsers&#8217; personal data will not be disseminated.<br \/>\nPersonal Data collected for the purposes indicated in paragraph (3), section<br \/>\n(a) will be processed and stored for the entire duration of the relationship established.<br \/>\nFrom the date of termination of this relationship, for any reason or cause, the Data will be kept for the duration of the applicable statutes of limitations.<br \/>\nPersonal Data collected for the purposes indicated in paragraph (3), section<br \/>\n(b) will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfil these purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the date on which CAV receives the User&#8217;s consent and in any case until the completion of the limitation period provided for by the regulations in force.<br \/>\nAll Data collected will not be subject to any automated decision-making, including profiling, which may produce legal effects for the individual or that may significantly affect him. <strong>7.
